Each experience is thoughtfully curated to provide both beautiful imagery and a seamless guest experience. Depending on your selected collection, your experience may include professional DSLR photography, studio-quality lighting, unlimited sessions, custom-designed prints, instant digital sharing, a premium backdrop, an on-site attendant, and a private online gallery.
We recommend reserving your experience 6-12 months in advance, particularly for weddings and events during peak seasons. Popular dates may book earlier. Your date is officially reserved once your agreement is signed and the required retainer has been received.
Absolutely. Every event is treated as its own experience. We can customize your print design, welcome screen, backdrop, and select details to complement your wedding, celebration, or brand aesthetic. Our goal is for the photo booth to feel intentionally integrated into your event.

Sacred Seasons Co. serves weddings, private celebrations, corporate events, and elevated gatherings throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties, including Temecula, Carlsbad, Del Mar, La Jolla, Rancho Santa Fe, and surrounding Southern California destinations. Travel beyond our standard service area may be available for an additional fee.
We recommend approximately 8' × 8' of dedicated space for the complete experience, allowing comfortable room for the booth, backdrop, lighting, and guests. Exact requirements may vary depending on your selected backdrop and venue layout. We’ll coordinate setup details with you before your event.
Yes. When venue connectivity allows, guests can conveniently receive their images through text or email directly from the booth. Your event images are also collected into an online gallery so you can revisit the moments after your celebration.
Our experiences are intentionally designed with a more refined, editorial approach, so traditional novelty props are not included. Instead, we focus on beautiful lighting, flattering portraits, elevated backdrops, and natural guest interaction to create photographs that feel timeless. We do provide for an added fee.
You can personalize your experience with curated enhancements such as additional service hours, keepsake photo keychains, an audio guest book, premium backdrops, a scrapbook or guest book, and other event-specific upgrades. Add-ons are designed to create meaningful keepsakes while elevating the overall guest experience.
After taking their photos, guests can send their images directly to their phones through text or email when connectivity is available. It creates an effortless experience that allows guests to enjoy and share their photographs while the celebration is still happening.
Yes. Select experiences include a professional booth attendant who oversees the experience from start to finish. Your attendant assists guests, monitors print quality, keeps the booth beautifully presented, and ensures everything runs seamlessly throughout your event.
Yes. Your print design can be thoughtfully customized to complement the aesthetic of your celebration. We can incorporate details such as names, dates, typography, event colors, or branding to create a keepsake that feels cohesive with your event.
Yes, outdoor setups may be available depending on the location, weather, access to power, ground conditions, and appropriate protection for our professional equipment. Because Southern California weather can change quickly, outdoor experiences require prior approval and may include an additional setup fee.
We arrive before your scheduled service time to professionally install and test the entire experience. Setup and breakdown do not count toward your booked photo booth service time. We coordinate timing and access requirements in advance so your experience is ready before your guests begin using it.
If you’d like to keep the experience going, additional hours may be added based on availability. We recommend reserving extra time in advance for weddings and larger celebrations to ensure uninterrupted service.
Absolutely. Our open-air setup makes it easy to photograph couples, families, wedding parties, and groups of friends together. The number of guests we can comfortably photograph at once will depend on the selected backdrop and available space.
Idle time is a scheduled period when the photo booth is fully set up but temporarily not operating. It’s especially helpful when setup must happen before guests arrive but photo booth service begins later. For example, between a wedding ceremony and reception. This keeps the booth in place without using your active service hours.
